Insulated holding cabinets provide versatile holding options that adapt to your unique space and
menu needs. Hybrid convection-radiant heating technology allows the flexibility to hold moist or crispy
food within the same cabinet. Digital option displays relative humidity levels inside the cabinet to help
maintain better food quality. Programmable timers help manage holding times, giving better control
over food quality and consistency. Built-in HACCP data logging to enhance food safety.

combines reliable performance with new features such as a specific heating
program for use with cast iron accessories. Includes: removable grooved grill
and flat plancha cast iron plates, two splash shields and covers, a cutting
board, a spatula, cooking tongs, and two removable side shelves. Third-, sixth-,
